In my early twenties, I spent idyllic days diving the vibrant reefs and evenings immersed in the local culture, enjoying delicious drinks and sharing stories with friends at quaint beachside bars. Those unforgettable experiences inspired me to bottle the essence of Mexico's vibrant flavors, allowing you to recreate these moments at home.

After countless hours of perfecting the recipe, I have captured the magic of those days. Every sip transports me back to those sun-drenched beaches and lively nights. Recipes to Inspire Your Culinary Creativity

Classic Margarita

  • 2 oz premium tequila
  • 1 oz Kennesaw Sour Mix/Margarita
  • 1/2 oz triple sec (or Cointreau or Grand Marnier)- Grand Marnier is my favorite
  • Salt for rimming the glass
  • Lime wedge for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Rim a chilled glass with salt and fill with ice.
  2. In a shaker, combine tequila, Kennesaw Sour Mix/Margarita, and triple sec (or Cointreau or Grand Marnier) with ice. Shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with a lime wedge.

Whiskey Sour

  • 2 oz high-quality whiskey
  • 1 oz Kennesaw Sour Mix/Margarita
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Maraschino cherry and orange slice for garnish
Instructions:
  1. In a shaker, combine whiskey, Kennesaw Sour Mix/Margarita, and simple syrup with ice. Shake well.
  2. Strain into a glass filled with ice and garnish with a cherry and orange slice.

Kennesaw Sour Mix/Margarita Marinated Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Kennesaw Sour Mix/Margarita
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Kennesaw Sour Mix/Margarita, olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. Serve with a fresh salad or your favorite side dish.

  • 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/3 cup Kennesaw Sour Mix/Margarita
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Kennesaw Sour Mix/Margarita, olive oil, garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
  4. Serve with lime wedges and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.
